Curug Jenggala is located in the hamlet of Kalipagu, Ketenger village, Baturraden sub-district. Ketenger is one of the tourist villages because of the many tourist destinations in the region. Located at the foot of the mountain slamet with the dominance of the hills, the river with large rocks and waterfalls make it a lot of natural tourist destination in this village.

Jenggala waterfall can be taken from the city of Purwokerto about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the weather. If the weather is sunny and the road is not slippery can use the motor until the nearest parking which is about 300 meters from the location of Jenggala Waterfall. Car drivers can only be parked downstairs after the Kalipagu counter and runs about 1km. If you can rush motorcycle taxi 10 thousand per person.

Entrance to access all tourist destinations in Kalipagu area Rp. 5,000. If you want other sensations with more challenging access can all go to Curug Penganten which is still about 1km, or other attractions around kallikagu can be asked to the manager.


The route from Purwokerto to Baturraden after Mandala Gate there is a Ketenger junction towards Curug Bayan / Curug Gede. Next to Curug Bayan there is a road to the North just follow this path is near. If from Lokawisata Baturraden can also go down first to Curug Bayan. Meanwhile, if from Pitu Shower can also walk about 20 - 30 minutes because the distance is only about 1km down the path.

Curug Jenggala terletak di dusun Kalipagu, desa Ketenger, kecamatan Baturraden. Ketenger merupakan salah satu desa wisata karena banyaknya destinasi wisata di wilayah ini. Berada di kaki gunung slamet dengan dominasi perbukitan, sungai dengan bebatuan besar dan air terjun membuatnya banyak tujuan wisata alam di desa ini.

Yang suka main air juga tetap bisa sampai ke lokasi Curug Jenggala yang ada dibawah Selfi Deck. Aksesnya cukup mudah, tidak terlalu terjal. Saat kami ada di lokasi sedang dibuatkan jembatan kayu untuk penyeberangan dengan pegangan agar pengunjung tidak perlu turun ke sungai. Namun kalau petualang sejati tentunya tanpa jembatan inipun tetap bisa menyeberangi sungai yang hanya sedalam sekitar 1 meter.

Curug Jenggala bisa di tempuh dari Kota Purwokerto sekitar 30 menit hingga 1 jam tergantung cuaca. Kalau cuaca cerah dan jalan tidak licin bisa menggunakan motor sampai parkir terdekat yang berjarak sekitar 300 meter dari lokasi Curug Jenggala. Pengendara mobil hanya bisa di parkir bawah setelah loket Kalipagu dan berjalan sekitar 1km. Jika buru-buru bisa naik ojek 10 ribu per orang.

Tiket masuk untuk akses semua tujuan wisata di wilayah Kalipagu Rp. 5.000. Jika ingin sensasi lain dengan akses yang lebih menantang bisa sekalian menuju Curug Penganten yang masih berjarak sekitar 1km, atau tempat wisata lain disekitar kalipagu yang bisa ditanyakan ke pengelola.

Rutenya dari Purwokerto ke arah Baturraden setelah Gerbang Mandala ada pertigaan Ketenger arah Curug Bayan / Curug Gede. Di sebelah Curug Bayan ada jalan ke Utara ikuti saja jalan ini sudah dekat. Jika dari Lokawisata Baturraden bisa juga turun dulu ke Curug Bayan. Sedangkan kalau dari Pancuran Pitu bisa juga dengan jalan kaki sekitar 20 – 30 menitan karena jaraknya hanya sekitar 1km menyusuri jalan setapak.
